Terms and Conditions for Fingerprinting Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Speedy Fingerprinting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our fingerprinting services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional fingerprinting services for various purposes including, but not limited to, employment background checks, licensing, and personal identification. We also provide notary and apostille services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1. Appointments are preferred for all fingerprinting services. We take walk-ins but those with appointments will be given priority.
3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Identification Requirements

Clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • State ID Card
  • Military ID

5. Payment Terms

5.1. All fees for services must be paid in full at the time of service unless we have made a prior arrangement for your company to be invoiced.
5.2. We accept online payments, credit/debit cards, or cash.

6. Data Privacy and Security

6.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing fingerprinting services.
6.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

7. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our fingerprinting services comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with applicable laws.
